I went to work out with a PT

Yesterday I went to a free work out class with a personal trainer and it seems that I am completely out of shape. I am not fat, right now my weight is 56 kg but I need to gain strength and muscle tone.
Besides I take regular walks and do some basic exercises at home, today everything hurts, my legs, my belly, my back, my butt ...
I have two options: either pretend that this never happened, and go back to my box of chocolates , or mark in my schedule a little space for the gym every week.
Have you ever went to a class with a PT? Do you workout regularly?
Image: No, this is not me. But if you train a lot until Christmas ...

@nela13 yes but it helps me get moving and gets easier next time. i take Tylenol mostly but lately been needing some stronger pills and that is probably because of my laziness of not moving and strengthening my muscles enough.

I exercise on a daily basis to keep my body healthy and in shape. I feel so much better after I am finished working out, and it's a great feeling when girls half my age comment on my boyish good looks!

@nela13 Now if I could only find a way to slow down the aging process....

@moffittjc that is more difficult but if you eat a healthy diet full of antioxidants the process will slow down.

@nela13 Oh yes! How about this:

I think you should, It will help you to gain weight by getting muscle mass.

Yes, I used to go to the gym before, but I stopped going since I get palpitations right after doing a simple exercise routine.
