Happy Monday all from Minnesota. Currently 23 degrees F and looks to be threatening to snow. I won’t let that ruin my day though as this will be considered a heat wave in a few months.
What is everyone up to today? Today is my Saturday and after the gym, I will be doing some much needed grocery shopping (the fridge is so empty!!), thrift shopping at one of my favorite shops, and then thinking about trekking up to the “nearby” Nike Outlet store. My shoes were pretty worn down before Arizona, and now they have this wonderful red hue on them from the red rocks (even after washing them!) Then hopefully I will be able to make this Mexican Veggie Soup and wrap some Christmas presents. My kind of day!
How is everyone else’s Monday shaping up?

We will be heading to the Y for exercise class and then coming home for some much-needed housework.

My day is a sunny day as I´m in spring. I am not sure yet what will I do.
