Hello are you hard or easy on yourself. for me I am very hard on myself been this was for some years. Not sure if I know the word easy.Easy never come to me. How about you?hard or easy.

I feel and I am told, that I am very hard on myself. I am my own worst critic is what people tell me, and I don't take compliments well as a result.

I am not one to take compliments either but I am not sure its because you are hard on yourself, more about being somewhat shy and not the attention seeker.

I'm way too hard on myself, but was born this way I believe. I wouldn't change one thing, however. Being hard on myself gave me excellent grades, a fabulous career, and a happy and loving life. My family and friends tell me to ease up, but I don't want to. lol

@amadeo Long story but I will sum it up and say because of all the loved ones I have lost over the years. It takes a toll and has a big effect on my attitude. I am always working at it and it is getting better but life is hard.
