Thanksgiving dinner leftovers...even better today!

Since we celebrated Thanksgiving yesterday so our son and grandson could eat with us, today we had leftovers. I think they actually were better today than the first time around! Called our granddaughter in Charlotte, NC...she was invited to eat with a friend, but decided to stay home in her apartment. She's working on a jigsaw puzzle that will be a picture of her Malti-poo Winnie when it's finished. She's crazy about that little dog! After lunch, my husband, Nathan, and I went to our church to clean and put up the Christmas tree. It'll be decorated next week when we have the Hanging of the Greens where we decorate the church for Christmas and have soup and sandwiches afterwards. I hope our daughter and family are enjoying their feast on the cruise ship. Hope her hip isn't giving her a lot of pain. Our grandson is still with us until Saturday and he just got off the phone talking to his mother's parents in Illinois. (His mom died when he was two, but his grandparents and cousins keep in touch.) My husband's napping before he and Nathan go deer hunting behind the house in a little while. If you celebrate Thanksgiving, have you had your dinner yet? Big crowd or small? I felt almost guilty not cooking a turkey, but the roast beef was delish! That's one great thing, among many, about the United States. We're so large that there are tons of traditions for holidays, including menus. But we're all Americans. And hopefully, today we've all thanked God for His many blessings on us and our nation.
