It really depends on the length of the line. I would say 20 minutes is my max for just about anything..save Disneyworld or something.

I wait in line for my name to be called by the doctor's secretary. Though, I just wait while seated. And while seated, I play on my mobile. Sometimes, I don't hear the secretary call me the first time because I am so engrossed in my game.

My life seems to be waiting. Walmart has hundreds of people working for it but only two lines open. The bank, the doctor's office where an appointment is just a suggestion, and the Dollar Tree is a lesson in patience.

I usually plan ahead and I always have something to read while I am there just in case I have to wait. I usually keep my Nook in my purse just incase I have to wait. I think I read more in my Nook than I do with magazines.

I wait in the grocery store line, the pharmacy line, the waiting room for Tony to get his treatments. I am always waiting. But that is life, waiting your turn and wanting to scream "YAY! I am next when no one in in front of me."
