It starts with 'H' Hate you, God cannot hate YOU. God is love and His love for you never ceases, sin is opposite of love, when you sin you disobey God because you don't really love Him. And because God cannot sin, it means by deffault that He can't hate you, He does however hates sin, If God really loves me why i'm suffering? Why the world is full of violence and hatred and suffering Because you and the world does not truly love God enough to follow and obey Him. When we are away from God what follows is that you will suffer the consequences, that's doesn't mean He hates you, He actually loves you by respecting your freewill and because He loves you He chastises you. He loves you unconditionally, Do you love Him back unconditionally?

For me I think one thing God cannot do is to lie... and here in the bible says..."As it is written, Jacob I have loved, but Esau I have hated."-Romans 9:13 also "Thou foolish shall not stand in thy sight, thou hates all workers of iniquity"-Psalms 5:5... These are some written in Holy Scripture about God hates...

The bible also says: "43 “You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ 44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, " Matthew 5:43 How can God say love our enemies when He himself doesn't do that? If you demand something from someone that you don't yourself is like asking your kids to have a clean bedroom when yours is a complete mess. By the way it also says that if you do not hate your family for God's sake you are not worthy of God. So we both got our points which makes for an interesting discussion to follow. P.S It never says God is hate, but: God is love.

@JJTorres2018 Brother, it does not say to hate your family as you have mentioned...It says that in Matthew 10:37-..He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me...

@ARN4567 In order to understand the word "hate"' in the Scriptures we have to look at all instances of its use. Luke 14:26 (King James Version) 26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. It seems that sometimes we have to hate in the sense that we love something to a lesser degree than something else. We have to love our family to a lesser degree than our love for God or Jesus.
