Which do you think contain more germs. A public toilet...or your home toilet?

I guessed it would probably be a home toilet because it's probably not cleaned as much as a public toilet. However at least you know whose germs they are! Hate using public toilets.

I would definatly say a Public Toilet as you never know who has been on them Personally I avoid them

Because I am emetophobic, germs scare me, especially since there is a chance of catching a stomach virus! So I have to say a public toilet :) But I have also heard that any toilet seat is not a place where germs are surprisingly.. how could that be??

That's what I thought too, but it is actually the home toilets that have more germs because they are not cleaned everyday...

There are lots of variables there, on one hand the public toilet would have more people in contact with it but on the other hand it may get cleaned more often that one might clean their own toilet at home. I would go on the limb and say the public toilet is cleaner on average.

hmm it depends on how clean the public toilet is... but i still prefer my home toilet even if it has more germs because at least its my own germs haha
