What's for dinner? December 6

What's going on the dinner table? Do tell! I am making a recipe from Alex Guarnashelli's first cookbook, Breaded Chicken Marsala. I haven't made it in awhile, it is easy, and it gives the chicken good flavor so I decided on that this afternoon. To go with it I am making jasmine rice and some steamed baby spinach. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

Mmmm that sounds good. We had leftover roast chicken, gravy, and our garden potatoes and garden peas from the freezer. The other day I made Tuscan sausage and bean stew from Weight Watchers. It was yummy and I look forward to the leftovers for lunch tomorrow! I will repeat that recipe.
