Actor,Comedians, etc. They should stop talking about homophobic remark.

What a terrible thing to say, but unfortunately this happens. I was reading yesterday that in California a young boy (I think 11 years kid) was tortured and killed by his mother and the boyfriend of his mother after he said that he was gay.

Especially these days people do not care what they say about anything or anybody. Hurt feelings or not they simply don't seem to care.

It is indeed not funny and appalling. I love comedians but I hate the ones who don’t exercise the sense of being sensitive about important issues. There is a limit to jokes. Jokes should still be respectful and non shaming.

Such remarks are simply atrocious and should not be tolerated.

Omg that so serious what that comedian said about a son of theirs being gay. That's the most sad thing I have ever read on line, even from a public figure. In my opinion homophobia will never have an end, but what the world needs is a lesson to be taught by tv. Why don't they put a public figure who's openly gay to host the Academy Awards more often? It would be a nice example against the homophobic people out there, wouldn't it?

You are right, homophobic remarks are not funny.

That is just wrong to say you would kill your own child if he/she was gay. My friend in high school was gay and no one that was his friend cared,

Comedians joke about all people. Gay, straight, white, black, Asian, Hispanic, they joke about girlfriends and boyfriends, wives and children, parents and grandparents, old people and young people, the rich and the poor, republican and democrat...you name it. People need to just get over themselves and lighten up.

im sick of people being non exaptive. i see kids having to live with unsupportive parents. hiding who they are out of fear and these comments only make it harder for them. i see no reason to say youll do something to your kid cause he's gay. if either one of my parents would say that i would feel ashamed of them. im not gay myself but i have gay friends and relatives and i hate when people think they can comment however they like on the subject. its seriously wrong to make such remarks cause people listen and follow what celebs etc. say. sorry i wrote so much but it seriously pisses me off.
