What does your Intuition tell you?

We have our beliefs that give us solace and some certainty. However, there are some questions which replay in my mind. I want to share them: 1. We do not really know much about our past; our recording of history is recent when compared to the existence of our planet. 2. Aliens influence our lives; we can see it in cave drawings. 3. There is a deeper meaning to who we are, why we are here. We may never know; a sobering thought! 4. Who we really are might be revealed only later 5. Death here opens a door to another facet of our journey and life here is a testbed to prepare us for what lies ahead. 6. Where we were as much a mystery as to where we are headed for; no real proof but it looks we existed before and will hereafter. These thoughts have occurred often though I have heard about what various beliefs conclude. It is fascinating for me to ponder about those that remain beyond my grasp. How about you? Do you also think about such? Image: Life puzzles from Pixabay

I’ve pondered some of those thoughts often, but it is what it is. I prefer living my life to the fullest now, come what may.

I think that it is one of the values of myLot. We can post a discussion about a question that we may have or that interests us and get some comments and ideas of what others think. Of course, others may agree or disagree and in the end we come to our own conclusions and hopefully one future day we'll have the answer with all the right details.

@1hopefulman Yes, we have to please our body and the mind but we should never forget "The Kingdom of God Is Within You" - siva

@Shiva49 Interesting comment! What do you mean by that? Could you explain that comment a little more?

@1hopefulman You should be knowing much better than me and the context when Jesus said these words. As per most beliefs, the ultimate purpose, fulfillment, truth, lies within us - siva

I have had these thoughts and tried to find answers from everyone around.. but no one really knows everything.. However, I have found that the Bible answers most of my questions in depth.. However, i have to search ,pray and research the book to find the answers. Its wonderful sometimes to accept the fact that we cannot understand everything in this universe with this pea sized brain of ours.. It humbling and puts us back in our place.. to take each day as it comes.

@Shiva49 The desire to know is good.. but the desire to know everything maybe frustrating.. I seek peace and what the creator wants me to know he has always guided me into it.. So if it is needed for my life here he will give me that epiphany. The same thing as wants and need in material living.. at least to me.

Yes, there may be reasons for the limits set for humans. Science and technology cannot demystify such perennial questions that defy convincing answers - siva

Now that I have been touched by the deaths of loved ones. I only wish to be with them whatever that may mean. It it fascinating what may lie ahead of course. My belief is that there is definitely an after life, many planes of existence and that God is real. Aliens are possible and that is what my intuition tells me.

Thanks for your input. I too would want to meet some who have left this blessed place and I believe that is meant to be. I think they are waiting across the shore to make us comfortable. We can be in another energy form to continue to exist; it looks a real waste to cease totally! There are wheels within wheels in creation and aliens seemed to have visited us and held our hands in times of need - siva

For me, it is interesting to contemplate where we came from, and where we are headed for. Also the purpose of our lives. We learn from past mistakes - siva
