PayPal now saying they are making instant transfers to bank accounts

I use a PayPal debit card so I always have my money instantly, but there are times it might come in handy to have the money directly in the bank account. I think you have to furnish them a bank debit card or eligible credit card in order to do this. I think you would still have to be the one to initiate the transfer. I like the way the system is now..but I might like the option of putting it in the bank immediately. What say you?

I like my money in Paypal that way when I order things online I don't have to use my debit number, I just put in the order and it comes straight from Paypal to the person I purchased from. Its a lot safer that way, if I want the money in my acct I just tell them and they transfer it.

I say I do. I use it now, not all the time, but it's not bad. There is a fee but it's usually marginally small. I like that, if need be, I can transfer from my paypal to my bank whilst out.

hmmm, not sure I like the fee idea. I think I would only be up for it if it was free.

@snowy22315 It's like a 1% fee I think. It used to be a quarter for every instant transfer.

Some options mean that Paypal will ask for more money to transfer elsewhere. Check before.

Well here in the US, I don't think we would get charged but others in other countries have to pay fees sometimes I think

@snowy22315 I have to pay a fee to withdraw to my credit card. That´s why I do it once a year.

I just use the cards..if I want to put some of it in my bank account I can, but usually I just withdraw cash off the cards if I need it, although it isn't always the most convenient. I will think about it..it might be nice to have the option to put it in the bank right away at least once in awhile.

@Courage7 The debit cards can be a bit of a hassle though..as I have two PP for two accounts and I always have to make sure I am using the right one, as the balance varies on each. This is in addition to other bank and credit cards.

It is long time time, Indians receive money instantly from paypal. I mean paypal transfer the money instantly on daily basis to bank by themselves. Earlier it was on our hands, we can accumulate money in paypal and transfer the money on our wish. But it is history now.

Not instant..that is a fairly new development. The usual transfer used to take a day or two. I haven't done it for years though. I use the cards.
