Los Angeles County Libraries find ways for patron to pay off their late fees

Skye Patrick who is the Los Angeles County Library Director did introduce last year a program called "The Great Read Away" which is the way for patrons who are 21 years and younger to pay off their debts of overdue books and other materials who must pay late fees. The programs works that any late from a patron can be paid off when the patron reads at a rate of $5 dollars per hour. It is a great idea since the library patrons can read their favorite book for hours at a time to pay off their debts of getting their books and other material on time. The program is so successful in the Los Angeles County region have inspired the library customers to learn something new and be able to keep their accounts open by reading off their debts since a lot of kids cannot pay off their late fees as well as staying away since the amount of money to pay off their late fees is too much for them to have the incentive to learn how to read in a library.
