Today at work we had our Holiday Luncheon. It was an okay time and not too much work was being discussed so that made things a bit easier. Later I enjoyed a discussion about the turkeys we had. This year one of the guys fried about 6 of them which turned out really good. But there's a down side to that - you have to make the stuffing, gravy, and other stuff outside of the turkey. When we fry a turkey at home, we'll also cook a smaller one in the oven so that we're able to make the side dishes correctly (at least correctly in our opinion). What are your thoughts concerning fried vs oven cooked turkeys? Inquiry minds want to know.....

@lcydoll You'll have to try it one day. It can be pretty good if it's cooked right.
