Feeling sick most of the day.

this has been quite a day for me.Been in bed with nausea problem which is the side effect of my day. tomorrow will pick up some Emetrol that is supposed to help. I have tried many and most of them do not work. This was recommend by my friend who is a nurse and told me about this. Today Mike had to travel to his sister house to drop off a few things. We were supposed to go their for dinner but unable to make it. Stayed home rest elevate my legs etc. I hate being sick but what can I do. For dinner tonight will be light.Cereal not sure what kind. Have a good evening, stay well.

Very sorry to hear you are not feeling well today. That sucks, it really does. Nothing worse than nausea. Can't stand it at all. I hope you get to feeling better real soon.

Hi Alfredo, I fell bad that your friend is leaving you when you are sick. Just relax and chit chat here. I think you should take some light food. Cereal might not suitable to consume at this time as it might be high in fiber (i think) that will make your nausea worsen. Drink some tea, that would probably help. Cheers.
