The small, dark kitten watched with great interest as the human giants he lived with brought in a,amazing smelling evergreen tree into the house. They spent hours placing lights on it, and covering it with shiny metal, and brightly colored objects, they called ornaments. The tree really was marvelous. The kitten had to inspect it. He thought, what is a tree, if not to be climbed and explored? The kitten did what cat's do..when it happened..CRASH! The giants got very upset and called him BAD and the kitten was banished to another room. Hey, said the kitten to himself, What is a marvelous tree if not to be climbed and explored? He was waiting for another chance, to get a closer look.
