It Takes TWENTY Muscles to SMILE

People smile for so many reasons. It wasn't difficult to do because we just need twenty (20) muscles to smile as compared to 60 muscles in frowning. The question is, 'Why some people cannot wear a smile?' It is because smiling is not for everybody to share with. For example, if you feel annoyed to someone, then wearing a big smile to him or her is considered to be an inappropriate gesture.
'Do you always wear a smile?'
'Is it easy or hard to smile?'
'When do you smile?'

Believe it or not... I started to keep track... of how many times a day that I smiled in a day. I was working through some anxiety and I really needed to get a handle on it.

I do understand where it is coming from. I used to work with a job under stress and can't deal with some of my colleagues at first. When I started to ignore and accept the differences, I didn't felt the stress anymore. As the result, I always smile after dealing with the stressors.
