It Takes TWENTY Muscles to SMILE

People smile for so many reasons. It wasn't difficult to do because we just need twenty (20) muscles to smile as compared to 60 muscles in frowning. The question is, 'Why some people cannot wear a smile?' It is because smiling is not for everybody to share with. For example, if you feel annoyed to someone, then wearing a big smile to him or her is considered to be an inappropriate gesture. 'Do you always wear a smile?' 'Is it easy or hard to smile?' 'When do you smile?' Image Credit:https: i.pinimg.com

I do agree with that. I only smile for those people who deserve it.

@Shavkat I usually smile to strangers that I meet in the road. Here it is common to say "hello" to strangers.

Believe it or not... I started to keep track... of how many times a day that I smiled in a day. I was working through some anxiety and I really needed to get a handle on it.

I do understand where it is coming from. I used to work with a job under stress and can't deal with some of my colleagues at first. When I started to ignore and accept the differences, I didn't felt the stress anymore. As the result, I always smile after dealing with the stressors.

@Shavkat I need something to smile about and right now I do not feel like it much because I am dealing with something that keeps dragging on and no answers.

I have so many shortcomings at this point in time. It seems hard to smile, but I need to do it. For the reason that it makes life lighter with just a simple smile.

@Hannihar I think it is normal to feel that way. For me, I do smile if I remember something or someone.

Not possible for me to always smile. But smiling people are really happy by physically and mentally as well. Its very easy to smile but difficult to maintain it as per my thought.

The mere fact is not easy to always smile. We are still humans that experience bad days.

I hope I will not feel that way when doing more exercises. For the reason that I am planning to trim down this year.

I try to greet the morning with a smile. It is not that easy but I realize my day depends on how I start it. :-)

You can usually find me with a smile on my face. They must have upped those numbers because when I was younger, it was 7 to smile and 40 to frown.
