I don't think I am going to go

Even though I should go, to get some socialization with real people, and have something different to do..it is cold and windy out. This is the kind of night that if you don't have to go out, you shouldn't. If it was warmer I would..but just not feelin it. I was going to go to a group tonight, but think I just don't want to and it is mostly the weather. Do you talk yourself out of things you were going to do?

Yes, it isn't far, but it might be cold in the building and the car will be cold on the way there and the way back.
