What Are You Reading?

I finished my first book for the New Year and looking forward to reading some really good books in 2019. The book I just finished was Before We Were Yours by Lisa Wingate. Have to give it a big thumbs up Although I have a pile of books on my "to read" pile I still haven't picked my next one. Which brings me to my question...what are you reading?

We were just talking about how I hadn't picked something out. I picked one out maybe five minutes ago. I haven't started reading it yet. I'll start a discussion about it later today with a picture of the synopsis. The book is On Agate Hill by Lee Smith and there are 350 odd pages in it. I love the way the pages are cut, I might have to take a picture of that and add it to a comment on my later discussion.

@Marilynda1225 Thank You. I did end up writing one yesterday but I am going to write another today as I've gotten further into the book. I am just trying to decide how to word it. Have you ever been reading and think "this book isn't too bad but I really wish they'd get to the good parts?"

I was reading John Grisham's The Innocent Man, however the photos pertaining to the story are right in the middle of the book. The photos give away the ending, so I put that book in the donation bag. I am going to start A Piece of the World by Christina Baker Kline, and it has no photos.

What a disappointment to have the photos ruin the ending. I'll look into A Piece of the World
