Life: Battlefield or Paradise

I think Christians should have the perspective that this temporary life is a battlefield, rather than paradise. The problem most people have is they're trying to make this life their paradise, yet it will never be paradise because it's a battlefield for our souls.

You are right! We are in the middle of a spiritual war and this world is not on our side as God says that it must pass away. We will have to wait for paradise as we can never built it. However, we can be pleasing to God and helpful to our neighbors in the way we live.

Amen, this life is good because God is with us, yet sin still taints our temporary life here.

This is a battlefield, absolutely. Our paradise is when we will be with our Father. =)

Like Felix said, we should live as true believers in Christ, but this world will only get worse until Jesus returns.
