This is just not right. She should have just walked away, move on with her life and find some one better.
No, instead you poured all of your hatred on those innocent fish by pouring "Bleach" twice just to make sure they die.
Fish only need food, air and water not your emotional bubbling!
Some one was so angry they want her 5 years in prison...

Not sure that she would got 5 years to have killed an ex abandoning her with 4 children. But for those innocent fishes, yes ! Seriously, even if it is horrible, killing a fish is not killing a man. The maximum penalty here is 2 years, I am surprised that killing a fish pet may lead to a life sentence in some US states. This world is going crazy when it puts at the same level the life of a pet and the life of a human.

@Letranknight2015 Two years is the maximum in France for cruelty to animals, all kind of animals. I read an article linked on the Youtube video, she got a fine, a suspended jail sentence and she is not allowed to have fish pets anymore. I find that correct.

She could have hit up a gym or gotten herself a makeover, maybe a better man if she wanted. Nothing drives some folks more insane than to see you happier without them. But no she decides to give the fish a drink of bleach.. Easy to see why he left her

@cupkitties For psychological harassment, or for killing a pet ? It is 3 to 5 years for psychological harassment in a couple in France. But the main problem is to prove it, and it is more invoked in civil courts to divorce than in criminal courts to have it sentenced.

Hello @cupkitties Maybe she was just frustrated because it probably took most of her time with the kids while the boyfriend cheats and thinks she doesn't deserve a hobby. Then leaves them along with the aquarium. it's not fair, not the fishes fault.

That is a horrible thing to do. She wanted to revenge and she probably didn't care about hurting the fish as long as she managed to hurt her ex.
