No bake mango chocolate cheesecake

I started making this cheesecake at 17:30 and finished at 02:00 . That's because we had some friends visiting us and they left around 23:30. It was nice talking to them, my son played and ran all evening, he was very happy to play with them . Anyway, it's my first mango/chocolate cheesecake and I must say that I'm disappointed. My wife said it tastes great, but I made a lot of mistakes and I don't like that. One of the mistakes? I forgot that mangoes have so many fibers and I only blended them a little. Now there are visible fibers inside the cake . Guess I'll have to be more careful next time. Here is a picture with the cheesecake.

It certainly looks good. If you're just starting out on your cooking career you must expect a lot more mistakes as you go along. I guess it always remains a learning process.

Indeed, you are right . What I want is to have more time, cooking is very relaxing for me and this also helps my wife because she doesn't like cooking on a daily basis, after 11 or more hours of work she feels exhausted. So, I have many reasons to learn how to cook .

@Kasjnak I am sure your wife really appreciates your efforts, especially if she is working long hours. I really love the fact that Vince likes to cook as I don't like it at all.

It is delicious. The original looks even better, but I'm not that good yet, there is a lot to learn before I reach that level .

Me neither, I just liked how this cake looks. My wife doesn't like mango, but she loved the cake. Anyway, I'm still a beginner, I have a lot to learn .

I am not sure how well mango and chocolate taste together but this cheesecake you make looks absolutely amazing! You could sell the for a living that's how great a job you did. I'm a very critical cook so I understand but seriously great job on this!
