Because a "Nativity" IS 'the set of stars in the sky at the moment of your birth' (an astrology-chart for the date, time & place you were born) https://astrostyle.com/astrology-birth-chart/ Giving hints that 'the shepherds & wise men' depicted are actually "important stars on Jesus' chart." Sound right?
