Homemade parathas for dinner

My mom makes amazing parathas and because it is winter, we love having parathas for dinner.
After a relaxed day, I decided to help her in the kitchen. While she was busy making the parathas, I prepared some chicken curry. It is the perfect winter dinner in India.
Later we had some sweets, kaju barfi (they are made of cashew nuts) which my dad had brought in the evening. i kept asking him since evening if he got some sweets and he kept saying 'no' 
until my mom took them out after dinner surprising me.. 
Actually I have a sweet tooth. If my dad would have told me earlier, nothing would have been left for dinner. All thanks to me

I don't like a whole lot of sweets, only once in a while. Salty snacks are my weakness.

@JohnRoberts Actually parathas can be without stuffing also.. but stuffed with any veggie tastes better..

@Sheali haha that's cool! I don't really have a sweet tooth. I mean I love lollies and chocolates but I don't eat a lot of them. It's quite rare a eat a lot in one go.
