Have you ever been to some fancy restaurant?

I'm not into highfalutin food. As Eddy Arnold once sang, "Talk to me about caviar, it ain't nothin' but fish eggs packed in a jar." A couple of weeks ago there was a discussion about fondue pots and I mentioned a fondue restaurant here in town....then looked up the prices. That's an awful lot of money for bread, sticks, and melted cheese! I've been to them, but being "fancy" doesn't impress me. I'd rather eat at Rooster's and save the extra $70 that it'd cost to eat the same thing in a "fancy" restaurant.

I have never been to a super high class eatery.

I’ve been to a couple but I seriously am happy with low key. I also don’t have money hahaha. And besides I need a big serve. I can’t do bird eating.

I have. But the quality of the food itself is what really matters to me.

We love to eat at so-called fancy restaurants as well as not so fancy, just as long as it's not a chain or fast food place. Of course, it has to be clean, delicious, and preferably farm to table.

Nope.. just an ordinary restaurant,. Hehe..

I like fancy restaurants on special occassions. Why not? It is good to treat yourself nicely sometimes.

I don´t ever eat at fast food chains. I am either invited to good restaurants or I invite to my house where I make food from scratch.

I can relate with you in not being into fancy restaurants. But I do have a lot of times being in them because of grand occasions held there. I must say that I like restaurants where you won't be intimidated by the fanciness of the place, but because it is a clean , with good foods and and in good company , while eating.

It depends on what kind of food it has.

I dont go to fancy much. I am happy if the food is good.
