Hello everybody. It is great to be back for another day. We had a dusting of snow over night. It's chilly this morning. Just another winter day. Enjoying my morning coffee and waiting for my breakfast to be ready. My fiance is cooking up blueberry pancakes and sausages. We usually have a big breakfast in the weekends when we can take our time and enjoy it and not have to rush out the door to go to work. What is your favorite breakfast?

I like a small dish of granola for breakfast on most days. I have never been a pancake person, but I hope that you enjoy yours this morning. Its a cold start to our day also, but at least the sun is shining.

We occasionally have pancakes. They are my granddaughter's favorite. I add chocolate chips too, but I prefer blueberries.

@ElusiveButterfly I am not a cake eater, it just has never appealed to me, and there is that cakiness to pancakes that I just cannot get past.

I have two favorites - steak and eggs, and pancakes with unsweetened applesauce instead of syrup. Your pancakes sound delicious. Enjoy the weekend.

Your breakfast sounds amazing. Even better, you don't have to cook it. I eat oatmeal every morning. Sometimes with fruit and sometimes with cinnamon.

Good morning and happy Saturday! I usually have omelets on weekends when we go out for breakfast or brunch. I'm not a pancake lover, but do eat them with fresh blueberries on occasion and loads of maple syrup. Today I only had coffee. It's going to be a nice, lazy day at home today. Our friend just arrived from home to spend 10 days at her condo down here, but has laryngitis, so we both had to cancel plans. Worked out well and we plan to get together during the week if everyone is healthy and well.
