Are you the kind of person who likes to stir up memories because of some bad time? That kind of person who gets consumed by past mistakes or mistakes that are made against you?
I think overcoming mistakes and forgiving are difficult things to do, but... If we don't do it, evil will be for ourselves (and there is no worse feeling than this).
What do you think about this?

I have been like that and it has caused so much suffering and wasted time. But slowly I am learning to move on control my thoughts. I talk to myself and tell myself "If this thought is not making you happy, change it".

Forgiveness is the key to a peaceful existence. You need to have a good heart for everyone and then be open to all their weakness so that you will have a perfect life ahead.
