I'm trying to set up a PayPal account but every time I want to press agree and set up account it just goes back to the same page. I tried again but I'm just not getting anywhere. Please help. Its urgent
Xit doesn't ask for a card nr. Just name, email and a password. It then ask my province and to accept t and c which I ticked. But when I press it just opens up on the same page
