I had a great lunch today

I wasn't sure what i was gonna have or eat for lunch today ..then i remembered when i went shopping i bought. A healthy choice dinner that looked good but i had never tried before so 4 and a half minutes later i have a wonderful lunch. Chicken linguini with red pepper alfredo sauce and broccoli ..it was delicious and i will be buying that again.. What did you have for lunch today. ?

I had a rather unusual lunch in the office today, we were ordering pizza with some colleagues and I was so stuffed from the last days, I only ordered a salad and it was the best choice I could make.

@Nana49 Oh yes, it was delicious. With tuna and onions, some sweet corn. And some pizza rolls. the yoghurt sauce was also great, I think I might order one of their salads again. Rather unusual for me *g*

@Nana49 That is nice but right now it is too early for lunch. I had breakfast and am working on the computer now and pretty soon will turn the TV on and watch what I did not see on Homeland and then go on to something else.

I try to have a couple of similar type meals in the freezer. We have them maybe once a month or less when neither of us feel like cooking.

I dont buy alot of them either..but lately i haven't felt like cooking and had them on hand .. Was just suprised at how good it was ..it was one i had not had before..
