Have you gone to the doctor for your stomache? We are never perfect, even if we have no serious illnesses, there are always minor health issues.

I get them every now and then, but I don't like to take any medications. If it's that bad, I just have to lie down and sleep it off if I can. My neighbor swears that putting ice cubes on back of her neck makes a big difference . . . I haven't tried that yet.

Thanks for this tip. I heard from some that putting some ice on your head really works. On the other hand, i simply thought that it might absorb the water which was not good. This neck thing i think is much better, i will take this advice.

@fluffy69 It depends on the painkiller. I don't tolerate aspirin.

Good thing you are not allergic to it.

I never have migraine problem. I didn't take medicine for migraine for last 20 years. If you have mild migraine than you can cure it with rest but if it is serious, than it is better to take some medicines.

Luckily I've never had migraines but I know they are very debilitating. Some of my friends manage to avoid them if they take medication at the first indication. Otherwise they stay laying down in a dark room.

A friend of mine suffers a lot because of migraine. He had to keep himself away from anything with caffeine in it. And even chocolates. He rarely take in medicines so he just stays in bed when the pain's too much for him

I have a headache only when I have a temperature. And then I usually drink a medicine to lower the temperature.

My mother used to have them sometimes which would knock her off her feet completely for 24 hours. I had one for three days once but not since then! It was horrible. My doctor gave me some tablets and eventually it went!
