How do you deal with migraine?

i to don't like taking medicine but have to take some. i been taking Tylenol way to long and now have to slow down on that but i never have migraines .. hardly ever have a headache . mine is usually stomach aches.

I get them every now and then, but I don't like to take any medications. If it's that bad, I just have to lie down and sleep it off if I can. My neighbor swears that putting ice cubes on back of her neck makes a big difference . . . I haven't tried that yet.

I do not often get terrible headache but when I do I take Excedrin Migraine. I hope this helps you.

My mother used to have them sometimes which would knock her off her feet completely for 24 hours. I had one for three days once but not since then! It was horrible. My doctor gave me some tablets and eventually it went!

I have never had a migraine, I rarely have any head ache either. I know some who do have migraines and I know its a nasty thing to have.

No sleeping very late. Lots of water. Fresh air. Rest. Strong ground espresso, coffee. :-)

Pain, generally is not good for the body. In any case, it is better to take a tablet.
