If you like to smile a lot, you better read this...
A survey conducted by Kuba Krys of the Polish Academy of Sciences has revealed that, in fact, in some countries the act of smiling has nothing to do with sympathy or even respect - indeed -, in those places, smiling is a the person is silly, of little intelligence.
According to Krys, this may be related to a psychological phenomenon called "aversion to uncertainty". When a culture has low scales of aversion to uncertainty, it often has unstable social systems, which hinders the functioning of courts, health systems, security policies, and so on.
For these people, the future is seen as unpredictable and unmanageable.
What do you think about it?

@WiseGhots Yes. Some people smile all the time, with no reason.

If someone can put a smile on someone's face is important and far from being silly.
