Loaded Baked Potato

Decided to have a loaded baked potato for dinner. The good part of having these is you can put whatever you want on them. And you have a meal.
I like butter, more butter, sour cream, cheese, more cheese, and bacon bits. If I am really hungry I will add chili as well. But I usually take a pass on the chili.
When there are fresh veggies around I will have a salad on the side.
What about you, do you like loaded baked potatoes? What is for dinner at your house?

I love to make a big loaded baked potato! That's a meal in itself. I put butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon, salt and pepper. Yum!

Hopefully, we can do that too. I usually taste only bake fries potatoes outside.

I don't even eat regular baked potatoes. Though when I did growing up I had them with lots of butter.
Dinner tonight will be chicken and mashed potatoes just dont know when.

I usually just put butter and salt on my baked potatoes. I am having lasagna for dinner.

Loaded potatoes are amazing, they are such a big thing down where I used to live that they open up a restaurant that only serves loaded potatoes of any kind you can think of.

Last night i had the pasta salad i made i will.have that for lunch today..as of tonight I'm not sure yet .maybe some chicken and rice tacos .. That's what sounds good anyhow .. I love loaded baked potatoes they are so yummie ..i could eat them every day..

I do enjoy a loaded baked potato. My favorites are broccoli and cheddar cheese or chili with cheese
Of course I do enjoy a baked potato with lots of butter
