Waiting For the Storm

Happy Wednesday everyone!
I'm up a bit early this morning and the coffee is brewing. My daughter and grandson are both still asleep. I do enjoy a house that's as quiet as a mouse 
The forecast is for more snow starting somewhere mid morning and then the old sleet and rain duo. My daughter took today off because of the weather forecast and will now be working tomorrow and Friday. As you know, her travel commute is bad enough when the weather is good.
I haven't heard yet if they closed the schools but I wouldn't be surprised.
Of course I'm hoping they are wrong and it isn't nearly as bad as they are saying it will be. If it is, then it is.
But for now, I'm going to have my coffee and enjoy some chat time here.
I missed you all yesterday.

It started snowing here about an hour ago and it's coming down pretty fast. Glad I got everything done yesterday when it was so nice out.

@Marilynda1225 Oh that was good luck on your part, now you can stay inside and enjoy your grandson and the warmth of the house.
I did work today, and even a full day at that.

I think we might be done with the snow. It is not cold, so I expect it to be melting later on. We will probably get rain later I think.

Good morning. We got a couple of inches of snow overnight here. But by afternoon it should be gone.

I like to be up before everyone else is, too. For me though it's because I can be pretty grumpy in the morning. I like the quiet when I first get up.
