IS CREDIT CARD IS NECESSARY FOR PAYPAL???

I didnot have a credit card but i had a pay pal id.is credit card is necessary for transferring money from paypal to any other????????????

For online payment to any site from your paypal account, you need not necessary credit cards. But if you are in India, you should verify you paypal account by credit card to get money by checks to your bank account.

actually i need a premium account in rapidshare.Can u say that is it possible to get that through paypal without a creditcard?????????

No it's not, a bank account will do just fine. The only thing is, you won't be what they call a "verified" buyer.

if you want have a verified paypal yes you need a credit card. A lot of sites accept only verified paypal(don't worry mylot accepts also unverified)

as far as i can tell you dont need a credit card unless you are in India
