I was on the fence about the whole thing, but i've made up my mind after attending a parents' meeting at my 21 months old son's daycare where they discussed it more thoroughly; they made me realize, we do not know of long term effects, such as nervous system damage, and so on, and i don;t want to risk it for myself and even less for my child.

If i could keep all the people that matter to me immortal as well, and we could live like we are now (well, ok, maybe a bit healthier and a bit wealthier lol) than yah, why not? but if i had to lose all the ones i love and keep on living centuries after centuries, losing over and over the people i'd meet and that would matter to me, no way!!
