It's a late night for me, going on 11 PM. I know I won't be getting up for the pool again.
I can't tell you the last time I was sick for more than 24 hours. There were times today when I thought I was fine. Then I ate. The war continues. It looks like I'm entering day three with this pesky flu, as I'm sure now that's what it is. My sore throat is threatening to come back too. I hate being sick.
I've gotten good suggestions for teas to try to placate my stomach. That will be tomorrow. I'm going to bed now.

Sorry to hear you are sick, most likely with the flu. Hopefully it will pass soon and you'll feel better. Being sick is no fun at all.

The weather in my area has been cold but thank goodness no snow. Carnival season comes to a close on midnight after Tuesday.

Thank you. I am much better this morning. It depends on how bad it gets. For me, it was mild but still not good. I usually ride it out. It's been a while since I had it last.

You have to take a pill too for your flu and also a lozenges for your sore throat.

I didn't take anything. I let it ride itself out. I'm much better this morning.
