What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell!
I am making flank steak seasoned with Emeril's Essence cooked in my cast iron skillet. To go with it, we will have baked potatoes (sweet for me and white for my husband) and homemade creamed kale with the dinosaur kale that came in my Misfits Market box today. Should be a delicious meal!
That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

@NJChicaa except it's not cold here. We had a turkey this past weekend and I needed to use the bone broth I made with the carcass.

Not too hungry tonight so I'm going to melt a little cheese on a baked potato and add some chopped broccoli.

Mini pizzas. Take an English muffin half. Spread sauce, Mozzarella cheese and pepperoni or whatever then pop into toaster oven.
