First off, special thanks to @andriaperry for suggesting the title. I posed the question, "Would it be wrong of me to break my rule and post anyway in the month of March even though I said I would not?"
Anyway, the experiment was basically to see if I could make more or the same by avoiding posting and just interacting.
My take? I think some people do very well here by just interacting and hardly posting. But for me, I have found that I do better when I am both posting and interacting.
So here is me, officially ending the experiment and getting back to business as usual on MyLot.
It was fun, but I think I know what I need to know.
BTW, I also (again) borrowed a pic from Andria that I have always liked for whatever reason. I probably owe her a royalty or something.

I find when I can't find anymore interesting posts to respond to then it's time for a post. Like a bank I save posts up and when I feel the urge or want to mix it up a bit "I post." I find doing it this way provides a more rewarding online experience. The money is a bonus but trying to reach a monetary goal can be exhausting and cause burnout.
I think you made the right decision.

Writing here should be easy. I mean, easy might be too light a word. But being that you can write about just about anything, there should always be something to say. And it doesn't have to be a masterpiece. That's probably the best part.

@DianeBorg Many people are like that. At the end of the day this site is supposed to be fun. So, whatever makes you happy and have fun is what is important. If it ever feels like work here that's when it is time to stop.

@porwest I know, Mylot is a bit like Facebook, you say what you like but on Facebook I like to share posts more than writing posts. But I will try to post more.

Generally two weeks would be enough to learn what I needed from my experiments. Shoot, sometimes two days were enough for me. It is your experiment, you set the parameters.

Yes, I think posting and interacting is the way to make the most moola.

I do both but I know if I do not interact much I will not earn much.

At least now you know. I have always figured it was best to do both and have been successful in getting paid each month now.

A combination probably works best for most here.

You can still earn even if you will just interact.

Well glad you found out in the two weeks what you needed to know, and didn't have to take the whole month off from posting!

If it's her personal picture you can put used by permission. If she got it off the web then it's not hers anyway.
I feel I make more faster when I post discussion too. A lot depends on who you visit with because some will keep talking on one thread but most don't. Also for those that seem to do fine without putting up discussions it's they've never tried piston more they may not realize how much faster they would increase their Bank.
