Roomie's Back..news not the best

Roomie came back an hour or two ago, from his birthday holiday..he said the car was smoking again!! I said, alo tor alittle? He said alot. He said it just started doing it..it hadn't been all weekend. I was thinking a little bit of smoking could be from spilled oil or something. I told him to check his coolant, and to have a word with the guy who fixed it..This does not sound very good. I wonder if it could just be a hose or a leak in the radiator? Wow, well I don't think anything will be done until he gets his check next month.

It is just aggravating that he just had it at the mechanic. 400 dollars and the car is still smoking? I'd be P.O.ed if it was me.

No, it really doesnt. He could have a vehicle fire. I know I would be plenty concerned if it was my car.

He had some kind of brake issue..not sure what was going on. However, just getting back from the mechanic you don't expect it to be smoking again!

Yes, but most only offer free estimates if you get the work done there, and the place he had it last week is far from here.

Well I'm not going thru it. Its not my vehicle..but it's important he have transport. Thanks though.
