Do you drink water in the morning?

I have problems with water intake. I am not thirsty at all. In the morning I don't drink water. But I know that it's very important to drink water in the morning. Water with lemon is even better. It helps the liver. Some people drink a lot of water. It depends on the weight. A thin person doesn't need as much water. Do you drink water in the morning? Or water with lemon?

I guess it depends on the weather you are in. Most definitely you won't feel thirsty when it is cold in your area. I on the other hand lives in an tropical place so the heat would always prompt me to feel thirsty always so water is essential in my place.

Most of the time I drink a cup of tea in the morning but there are times I enjoy drinking water with lemon.

I used to drink water in the morning now instead of coffee. I lessen my coffee in take now compared before. I drink coffee once to twice a week now.
