One month excercise to get fit?

I had a lots of YouTube to watch about fitness and they are all say in 1 month you can lose your weight, is that really true What can you say about that?

@resukill22 I cannot answer that. All I can say is that you may not see the weight loss right away but then it starts you will see that your hard work pays off.

@resukill22 The reason I know is because whenever I wanted to lose weight in the past I could not see it right away but then I saw it and it made me feel really good.

Of course...Exercise and burn more calories than you eat and you will lose weight. Of course this is easier said than done however.

Yes very true, their is no change if your had exercise for one month but you eat a lots
