May 1 my birthday will be the age of 89.
Never expected to live this long.Amazing.
I cherish each day of my life.What the secret.No secret for me as I keep telling most here.Keep moving.Move ,move.If you cannot then do something at home.
Work our with weights, stretching, stay away from TV and not too much time on the computer.
no big fan fare here.
will I reach 90?not sure.

Congrats, and Happy Birthday! I think you have a very good chance of reaching 90. As long as you feel relatively decent, go for it!

That's actually my philosophy too. It's kind of like "Use it or lose it." When I'm cycling, or playing basketball with younger people, I feel like I'm 40--too old to take it all seriously, but young enough to be "in the game." You still have your "marbles." So I think you'll make well beyond 90.
