I have personally felt that people always want to change others but they don't change themselves.

Yes, since most people are inflexible and unwilling to change then we who are wise will make changes in ourselves and in our attitude so that we enjoy a better quality of life.

This attitude of such persons makes a ditch between two generations and the result of this rigid attitude is not good for them.Flexibility is must in life.
