Kissing cousins

I was watching an old Dr. Phil about two first cousins that were in love and the boys sister was just disgusted by it. It got me thinking, and I really don't think it's that big of a deal. I think it's a pretty widely accepted practice except in North America. What do you think? Is dating/being married to your first cousin wrong?

I think that it's a little bit strange. You ARE related, and you do share parts of the same genes. It kind of weirds me out a little when you think of it that way... Personally, there's a couple of billion people in the world... why do you have to make it with relatives?

Not to mention the confusion. If you married you mother's sisters son, your aunty would be an aunty and a mother in law. And your child would be your son/daughter AND your second cousin...

I think it is nasty, I mean out of all the people in the world you couldn't find someone other than family. I just think it is morally wrong, Yuck!!

I could never even imagine or try to imagine this. I think it is gross as you share a blood link. I never saw any of my cousins as men because they are family and the idea of finding one attractive.... no.

i think it's a little funky...going along with the insest things...i find it morraly wrong. i mean..i did at one point find one of my 2nd cousins cute..but he ended up being gay anyway...so i NEVER had a chance. i normally say, you can't stop love...but i really don't know what to say about this...
