I am having a bad day today.Went the club this morning and this is how all got started.Every now and then I get this spell. My legs was kiiling yes they were.
My balance was off.then I know time for me to leave
Took a nice shower and came straight home.
Was going to check in the ER decided not to.Was I have an anxiety attack
No it was not.Went to bed and nap for a spell.things were a bit better.
at this time I feel okay but not great.With all the medical problem that I have whom is the blame?Who do I call if needed.Best bet head to the ER.
This is some of the side effect I get from my injection.
Please forgive me if I did not get to your post today.
Did not have the energy for this.

I pray you feel better. I know you want to hop right back into things, but make sure you rest and give yourself time to recover from your treatment.
I’m also posting this for my benefit after I have the colonoscopy next week.....

I sure hope you feel much better soon. I am an anxiety attack survivor and I am always fighting to keep my nerves in check. I am lucky to be healthy otherwise but when I start to feel strange there are two things that work for me. One is I lay down and calm down and do some reading and if I choose the other is I ignore the feelings and put on music and continue to work online until I feel much better. Virtual hugs to you and will put you in my prayers.
