Why yes it is 7:30 am. 
Its 73 degrees this morning with dew points at 71. Evening showers expected.
I have a busy day ahead of me, the driving being the worst.
I am sure when I get home I will be hunting a nap. I had a restless sleep, its always like that when I need to get to bed early.

I didn't wake up until 7:30 this morning either, which is unheard of for me.
I hope you stay safe driving and have a nice nap when you return.
I walked for a bit with a couple of friends, and squeezed in a workout at the gym. Our son dropped by, my brother called, and now to relax with Doodles. lol

I have things to do tomorrow, I have to run back to the lab, drop off yet another urine test, to see if still Uric Acid,
then I need to find out if i can get the disc of my CT scan and Xray for the Urologist next week.
I would have went today , but I was too hot, and didn't feel like going and having to wait a long time in the lab.

Wow, 73 degrees in the morning. I would think it would work up to it. You have very busy days that I can understand you need a nap. Also a restless sleep also lets one know they need a nap.

Yes, I think that it's necessary for you to take that power nap or rest to get back your energy Ms. A. Sometimes, just because we need to accomplish the tasks that we have in that particular period, we do not listen to the command of our body even if it's really need to.
