This post is a little later than I had intended it to be, but with Monday being a holiday and then boyfriend taking yesterday off work I wasn't really even on my phone/laptop online etc.So it's better late than never, right? -Sunday: BBQ chicken pizza, buffalo wings and cheesey bread from Pizza Hut. The kids were at grandmas, and we had spent the day at the springs so neither one of us wanted to cook. -Monday: Breakfast for dinner. We had homemade sausage biscuit sandwiches for dinner. Breakfast for dinner is something the whole family can agree on. -Tuesday: Fried shrimp, crinkle cut fries and crescent rolls. -Wednesday: Spiral cut ham, homemade mashed potatoes, bacon mac and cheese and rolls. -Thursday: Taco Bake -Friday: Shepard's Pie and Crescent Rolls Saturday: Orange Chicken and fried rice. Each child usually gets to pick one time a week, so that I make sure both of them get something they really want for dinner that week. Last night was he child's choice and he always picks shrimp. Tomorrow is she child's and her choices are between meatloaf and taco bake just about every time you ask her. Orange chicken is a new recipe I am adding to our rotation, and I haven't made bacon mac and cheese for dinner for them yet. So I figured it would be a fun thing to throw into the mix as well. What's going on the dinner table at your house tonight?

Your meal planning sounds delicious! I am working my way into my freezers. The one in the kitchen is now almost only filled with bread. But I still have a lot of prepared dishes and meat in the deep freeze.

We have a hog backstrap in the freezer too that a friend gave us from a hog their friend killed. So I need to start looking up recipes for that. I need to get into the kitchen here soon and work on organizing things a little better and seeing what dry goods we have too. I am hoping that I won't have to do grocery shopping until the end of next week. We always have a bunch of bread/rolls/biscuit mix all that stuff. The she child always makes sure that we have bread at every dinner. she takes after her daddy. lol

I love that right now I am blessed enough to be able to plan and make meals every single night for the family. I was working nights and rarely got to eat dinner with the family let alone make it.

Sounds all good ! No big plans here since I eat my dinner at work, but probably many salads in my future!

I am almost done with the living room, and then I need to fold this load of laundry and move on to the dining room and pick that up so I can make my way into the kitchen and clean it.

@thislittlepennyearns I make it two different ways. Sometimes with onions, mushrooms and brown gravy, but mostly I put onion, bell peppers, garlic, Worcester sauce, tomato sauce, seasoning and bread crumbs in it.

How do you make your meatloaf? It seems like its one of those things that everyone makes differently.

I probably had fast food in the road.
