Sickness kept me away from mylotting

I have been on a sick bed for a long while now. Grateful now that I'm really getting better and almost stronger. I had a bit of high BP because I was a bit depressed being confide to a bed all day. How's everyone doing and any suggestions to lower my BP naturally?

Try to listen to music that relaxes you. Watch some uplifting videos on the Internet. Try to have a list of things to do and tick them off one by one to feel success. Eat a healthy diet and perhaps take Iron tablets.

I was also not being able to be here on a regular basis to since I too was suffering from cough and fevers that past 5 days too. I thought that I could beat it but looks like the virus was kind of strong strain that it made me weak and feverish the whole weekend and wasn't able to perform anything good and just confine myself in my bedroom to rest and recuperate. I do not know about lowering your BP but I guess medications can help it go down and maybe eating healthy can help along with it. If you can avoid the cause of stress then it is a much better way to make it down to normal levels.

Glad to hear you're feeling better, I was like that this weekend, just laying in bed. As for getting the BP down, try to avoid stress, relaxed walks and I heard before that potassium can help lower it but if you have kidney issues watch out since to much potassium can be bad. Also I once read that Kiwi can help lower BP too.
