No Meat Dishes for Today's Lunch

It’s already lunch time for us here. I’m not going to prepare and I think that I would just buy readymade viands outside. Maybe I would look up for fish and vegetable dishes. No pork as of now, not because I’m afraid with the African swine fever scare but I have most of it for the past days. Maybe I could look-up for sautéed bitter gourd with egg. I taught myself to eat bitter gourd and I think that I love it nowadays. Before, this is one of the foods that I am avoiding with. Good day/night everyone.

Wow eating healthy already. I think that is a good habit that from time to time you need to eat those to maintain a balance diet.

@ZedSmart I hope I can practice that too.... I think I could afford to eat those espcially the bitter gourd veggies I can tolerate them already now that I am adult. When I was young I almost puke it out when my grandmother would force me to eat it.

I'm able to eat that nowadays. Then I do not really like to eat that but because of health benefits, I tried and practiced myself.

Yes, for us pork eaters there are plenty of delicious dishes that we can eat but we should watch our daily intake for that for health reasons.
