An exotic food, certainly.
People living in the shoreline said the best way to cook this is through its water or oil. Just wash and the put in the pan and cook.
Well, this is also good in adobo or cooking in soy sauce and vinegar. But beware, cooking with too much sauce might make it harder to bite and chew.
I saw some nationalities just eating it uncook, oh I cannot dare to try it. I might be dead choking it.
Oh, by the looks of it I know you knew it already. Maybe not in some countries who are not familiar with this marine animal.

@ilocosboy I have tasted squids since they are far more commonly available in the market. But with Octopus I have never tried that one yet and I am curios to how does it differ from the squids.

some octopus recipes are really good.

Octopus have rounded head with bigger tentacles while squids are cone-shaped head with smaller tentacles. Squids are more delicious and have more recipes than squids.

I have tried goung to shoreline and tried catching octopus, only the small one, the size of 1 peso coin of its head... wew creepy.
