Sweet and sour tofu stir fry

Good morning and happy Tuesday! I am in the parking lot of the discount shop waiting for it to open (13 minutes) to see what they have. Hoping to snag some spinach and protein bars if they have it. A few more errands to run and then I need to get my butt exercising, put away some laundry, meal prep for the upcoming week and do some othe household chores.
I made this last night for the first time - sweet and sour tofu stir fry with veggies over rice. I even topped it with sesame seeds that have absolutely no impact on the taste in my opinion. Turned out good though!
You make any new food stuffs lately? What are you up to today?

I love eating tofu. In fact, I just had one today. I am currently here at Tim Hortons, having some decaf coffee.

I have experience eating tofu, but it was more spicy than the sweet sour. We only taste that on a fish.

No new food.Not interesting in any.I do like the stir fry there.
